The house is less than 10 minutes walk to three stations into London Bridge\Charing Cross\Cannon Street, Victoria and Blackfriars (travel time into London 16-19 minutes).

Beckenham High Street is also only 10 minutes walk away with plenty of nice pubs\restaurants\shops etc.

Beckenham also has great local amenities - swimming pool, gyms, sports facilities, cinema, shops etc.

The house is clean & tidy (we're not completely fastidous about this, but we're not slumming it and obviously expect people to lend an equal hand with household chores).

The room itself comes furnished (bed, wardrobe, drawer unit, shelving unit).

The room is available for single occupancy only, it is not intended for couples (no-one minds the occasional guest, though) :-)

There is ample parking available, an out-house for bikes\storage.
