There are three train stations, Beckenham Junction station/ Elmers End station and Clock House station. Tram link to East Croydon and Wimbledon from Beckenham Junctoin Station/Elmer End Station.
Beckenham has got quite a few good restaurants/cinema/library/gym/swimming pool within easy reach of the house. There are four supermarkets also close by.
I would prefer a female.
The rent can be negotiated if you're happy to take the room.
