The house is close to a park and within a short walk of 4 mainline stations and tramlinks. 10 mins walk to trains to London Bridge ( 25mins) & Charing Cross , London Victoria ( 20 mins) London Blackfriars and trams to East Croydon and easy commute to Bromley and beyond by Bus or train.

There is a spa /gym within walking distance as well as a local library.

Beckenham high street offers additional amenities including Cinema , pubs , bars and shopping.

The house is beautifully decorated and has all the usual mod cons including excellent broadband.
The room has a standing wardrobe and inbuilt shelf storage.

I am looking for a very neat and tidy professional FEMALE housemate.

Room is not suitable for couples, Pets and non smokers.

I am a professional female working in the city of London. I enjoy travelling, socialising, yoga , meditation and sound baths!

The monthly rent covers all bills (including council tax). Excludes share of cost of cleaner who comes weekly.

There is a deposit requirement and references will be required.
