I have a very large furnished double bedroom for rent and good sized double room. Both rooms are furnished and are available at very reasonable prices. The tenancy is to fill 3 months, potentially up to 6 and slightly longer as the house will eventually be redeveloped. for more info feel free to enquire. Deposit will be half of the monthly rent.

The house is an old Georgian property situated on a quiet suburban road with a 2 minute drive from West Wickham station, with links to charring cross and cannon street (35 minutes). Local amenities are a short walk away.

Kitchen is dated, but functional containing; a washing machine and tumble dryer.
