Please note we can only have 1 person per room so no couples allowed. The house has been recently refurbished, is double glazed and has large double rooms.

Located under 5 mins walk (or 3mins if you're running:) from Belvedere train station, the local Asda and convenience stores. Trains come every 10 mins, going to Charring Cross or Canon street via London bridge, taking 35mins. The house comes with a big garden and a shared living room.

There is free public on street parking outside the house.

I'm a live-in landlord used to shared house living, easy going & enjoy socializing but also respect others privacy. I'm looking for someone with similar interests who is clean and tidy, happy to occasionally share a drink/meal but also have a life of their own.

All bills, fiber broadband, Freeview included.
