Ideally, we are looking for a professional to join a lovely four-bedroom house in Belvedere Village. Hoping to find someone who’s a great balance of sociable and independent. One of us is TFL employee and the owner is IT engineer.

The house has recently been refurbished with modern amenities - super warm in the winter (Floor heating). We offer a bright, spacious, furnished double room. The house has a large living room and dining room/kitchen, with a French door opening to the garden. The cost of rent (bills included) comes to £850 per month all bills included.

Located in zone 4, a 20-minute walk to Abbey Wood (Elizabeth Line), a 15-minute’ walk from the Belvedere station (South Eastern Line), and a 20-minute walk to Bexleyheath (South Eastern Line), around a 10-minute bus ride to all those stations.
