We are an older couple living in a 3 bedroom house and are looking to rent out a room after our children moved out of home. Looking for someone to take over one of the double bedrooms in the 3 bed house where we live. Ideal for a mature, clean and respectful tenant, either for professionals or students. The bedroom is unfurnished but a mattress can be provided if required.
