Live in landlady/owner of the property with a double bedroom in a flat to lodge (own bathroom). This is only for short stays (subject to extending later on depending on relationship with the Lodger). There is one other flat mate who is a quiet and friendly professional.

LANDLADY:
I'm a professional. I'm looking for a likeminded individual who will enjoy lodging my room at my home with me. I know you value your privacy, and I will make my presence low-key whilst welcoming you. Please note, I own a cat. you'll barely have an encounter with him as he's always hiding away.

The following will be required:
- A copy of Bank statements or recent payslips (not older than 3 months)
- A copy of Employment contract (only if payslip is not available )
- Current landlord tel number as a reference
- A copy of ID required (passport or driving license. Please show originals in person)
- Non UK nationals need to provide a copy of biometric residence of permit ( show original in person)
