Available for rent is this lovely en-suite bedroom for short to mediium term with the possibility of extension. You will have separate access to the room. The room has a single bed, a table and chair. Storage space is built into the bed frame. There is a fridge, a toaster, a microwave, and a kettle in a separate room. You will have shared use of washing machine. A new kitchen style sink and tap and a new worktop have been installed for lodger's convenience.

We prefer professional lodger in full-time employment. You will be sharing the house with a family of 3 so we are looking for someone who is family friendly, respectful and someone who is conscious about environment, and careful with their energy use. All bills included subject to fair usage of water, electricity and gas. For short term stays (1 week up to a month) the rent is calculated at a daily rate of £38 per day subject to availability.

Belvedere is located in Zone 5 in the borough of Bexley. The station is only 8 minutes walk from the house and will take you to London Bridge, Waterloo East and Cannon Street. You can also access the Elizabeth Line from Abbey Wood which is just 1 stop away. Central London is within reach in just under 30 minutes so great for commuters working in the City and Westminster.

My house is only a stone throw from Frank's Park and is great for morning run. If you want more recreational space there are parks and woods in Abbey Wood which is just minutes away by car.

Belvedere Village is only 12 minutes away by foot but if you don't like walking there you can always catch the bus from nearby my place.
If you have a car, don't worry either there is plenty of parking!
