The room is available at £640 per month including bills (gas / electric / water / council tax and internet.
The house has recently been renovated and it has a very large decked garden.
Sky TV is also available in the living room.
The train station is a 6 minute walk away and trains to London Bridge take 28 minutes and run every 10 minutes.
