2 Graduates looking for new housemate!

Hello potential roommate!

Myself and Charlotte are two drama school graduates and are looking for someone to take over the third room in our flat. We love where we live so much and have made it into a lovely little home. The flat itself is massive, and has recently been redecorated so we have new fixtures.
It’s situated in Bexley, a lovely little town with lots of nice places to eat and drink, it’s a short bus journey, drive or bike ride from Bexleyheath shopping centre, and is right next to the train station which is about a 30 minute journey into central London.
Me and Charlotte are both sociable and love sending our evenings watching things like bake off and drag race, and heading out into town for a drink or shopping spree too. We’re also very respectful of each other’s privacy and understand the need to have your own space.
The room is available immediately, the actual contract would begin February 8th for a 6 month term, but you can move in earlier than the date mentioned and sublet for a bit.
