Spacious double room going in a beautiful house

The room is a double room it's a nice size , the place is unfurnished, shared facilities are the bathroom , kitchen , living room and garden. Very easy links for public transport and routes into London, it's also very central to Dartford crossing for the m25 , bluewater and 20 mins from Greenwich. I am the only person who lives in the house , I am not the landlord . I'm not too sure about the council tax band but I can let you know at a more convenient time .
