Single bedroom close to bexley village!

I currently own a flat in Bexley and have a spare single bedroom.

I currently live alone. Living space would be shared between myself and lodger. Room is fully furnished! The home is of course fully furnished from the photos . I am a working professional in the social care field. Sometimes I work from home, other times I work in the office. I usually go out on weekends or enjoy a lazy day in! I am very sociable and enjoy going out occasionally with my friends and my partner!

The flat has parking space out front of the property and in the back garden area. I am the middle flat so there is one above and one below, all females and very friendly. All respect each other of not playing loud music at night etc!

The home is around 8 minute walk to the train station, along the high-street known as bexley village. The bus stop is outside with two frequent buses going to North Greenwich and Bromley. (132 and 269) the nearest shopping centre is bexleyheath which is about a 6 min drive and 10 minutes on the bus. The home is located a 3 minute drive away from the A2 with close links to Central London and Kent. Approx under 30 mins by train to get into central London.
