I have a lovely, bright double room to rent in my home.

 The room is available from October, fully furnished for female lodger only.





The room has just been decorated, newly furnished, faces onto gardens and is not overlooked.
 The room is comes with a double bed, bedside drawers, wardrobe, built-in cupboard and dressing table. Blackout blinds will be provided. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen with dinning table.

The property is located on a quiet residential street with minimal through traffic

. The first floor flat is very close to Hall Place Gardens and surrounding green spaces. Distance to nearest station Crayford: 10min drive or 25min walk. 



Bus stop to Crayford station is 5min from property. Bexleyheath Town Center and Crayford shopping areas are nearby offering all amenities and large supermarkets. 10min drive to reach the M25 motorway.

The monthly rent covers all bills (including council tax and TV licence). There are currently no TVs in the flat. There is a deposit requirement and references will be required.

 Minimum term: 1 month, maximum term: 2 years.

I'm a Christian woman who works as a Building Surveyor. I work from home 2 days a week, I am looking for a professional flatmate who predominantly works away from home.

I am looking for a female ideally in their late 20s - 40, who's tidy, clean, quiet and respectful, but enjoys some socialising whether it's over meals or good conversation. I enjoy swimming, cooking and art/culture.
