Unfurnished double room in Bexley Village

I am looking to rent out my spare room which is currently being used as an office, but would empty it for you to move in. Ideal location for commuters. 5 minute walk from Bexley Train Station.
In the heart of the village with pubs restaurants on the door step.
I have been tentatively looking at renting out my spare room for a while so looking for the right flat mate and happy to wait until that person comes along rather than rush.

I am renting out to allow myself to live a bit more comfortably and travel etc where I can ☺️
No work from home individuals considered.
I have a small Frenchie so must be okay with dogs and for that reason would not consider individuals with pets (as much as I love them sorry!)
I think at first I’d be looking for a 6 month let perhaps but if the right flatmate came along I would definitely be happy to increase that indefinitely!

Some of the bits in the pictures like the chest of drawers, dressing table or clothes rail can be left for use if required ☺️
