The House is spacious, with front and rear garden. The rear garden is locked, where we can keep stuff

There are two washrooms.

It’s a friendly environment. We schedule weekly cleaning.

Near to aver-hill library (35 min walking)
Near to Falconwood station ( 20 min walking)
Near to shop ( 5 min walking)

Ideally for Greenwich university student, as is 45 min walking to the Averhill Library (campus of University of Greenwich)
