Single room in lovely house in Bexley village

Single room available for female only, . Furnished, including small double bed. The house is lovely and modern and in the heart of Bexley Village.
Close to shops, restaurants, bars and is a short walk to the train station (easy access to London) and bus stops. (near Rose Bruford College, Sidcup). Being a single room this would probably suit a student. or a short term let.
Share lovely large kitchen/diner (with dishwasher, microwave, double oven), own food cupboard and own space in fridge and freezer, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer), dining area and tv also, large bathroom (shared with 2 other females), downstairs wc and garden.
Cleaning weekly of communal areas carried out.
House share with three other housemates who are friendly, clean and tidy, myself and two other females (25. & 31)
Smoking OK but only in outside area.
