About Me/Looking For:

Hello there I’m Tobias (36). I’m a Healthcare professional working full time and I’m looking to share the home I rent with a two other professionals.

Ideally I’d like to share with individuals who are employed in full time work, who are easygoing and respectful but sociable and not afraid to muck in and get involved in keeping the place tidy.

Rooms/Flat:

The rooms are double and are partially but have no beds. The tenancy is single occupancy although it’s cool if you have a partner who you inbred to occasionally have over.

The communal areas of the flat are furnished, sofas, & T. V etc and a well stocked kitchen, plates, cutlery, pots and pans. The shared bathroom has a bath with combined shower.

You will have access to some storage space in the fridge freezer, a deep drawer in the kitchen, some space in the bathroom unit and there is an ample cellar for a few boxes of property should you need it.

Other Information:

Rent: £350 per month + Deposit of £350 to be paid directly to the Landlord on receipt of a moving in date.

Bills: All are shared 3 ways i. e council tax, water, gas, electricity, internet and T. V licence amounting monthly to approximately £160 each.

So in short in order to move in you’ll require:

*Proof of earnings/Employer Details - Bank Slip/Pay Slip
*A reference - Employer or Character Reference or indeed both.

*£350 rent + £350 deposit and an available £160 for bills for the month period.

Rent and deposit payments are payable directly to the landlord.

Bills are payable on or before the 24th of each month directly to me.
