Hi, I'm looking to rent out a double room to a single tenant to share with one other housemate (me !!) in a spacious three bedroom house. This would ideally suit someone looking for a shared house but not interested in having 3-6 housemates as many other ads offer.

Previous female tenant stayed for the past 7 years.

The room measures 13x10ft (4x3m) and is unfurnished. There is a walk in wardrobe measuring 5ftx2ft and is 8ft tall. A built in wardrobe with shelves is also present. Bedroom door has a lock and key for security and privacy.

Shared Kitchen, dining space and recently renovated bathroom. High speed WIFI.

Own parking spot on the drive.

I am looking for someone who is clean, trustworthy and honest ( much like myself). This is a very quiet household so ideally would want someone who is seeking such a space, If you are looking for a calm and easy going environment, with a place and space to call your own and feel at home then please get in contact.

Located in a peaceful and safe location, the house is bright and spacious benefiting from lots of natural light. The area is quiet and surrounded by green, leafy open spaces. Behind the house lies Bexley woods and also a large park, with a river flowing through both, ideal for a stress relieving stroll or an invigorating scenic run. Danson Park is also a short walk away as is Foots Cray Meadows.

Close distance to Bexley Village, Bexleyheath and Sidcup for groceries, restaurants, cafes and boutiques. Gyms and swimming facilities near by.

Train - 8 / 10 min walk to Albany Park station or 15 min walk to Bexley Station - direct trains to London Bridge (23min), Charing Cross, London Victoria and Lewisham (DLR)

Driving - 1 min away from A2 for access to the Blackwall Tunnel, M25 orbital (7mins) and Bluewater (10mins)

Bus - 2/5 min walk to stops - SL3 ( Abbey Wood Elizabeth Line / Bromley ) North Greenwich, Bexleyheath, Bromley and Sidcup (Queen Marys Hospital)

Female preferred due to shared views on living conditions, noise and cleanliness etc in the past. That is not to say any gender would not be considered and everyone will be looked at on an individual basis.
