About the property generally:
Monthly rent includes all bills.
Preferably looking for professional person with no pets and non-smoking (or smoking outdoors only). Visitors/guests are allowed, just give me some notice and I’ll allow generally up to once/twice per week.
There is parking available for directly outside the house and additional parking available on the street close by.
Available facilities include the rented room, kitchen/dining room, bathrooms, garage and front & rear gardens.
