Quiet residential road, close to shops and just a 20 minute walk to Bexleyheath Station (zone 5) or 5 minutes by bus. In the bedroom is a 4ft bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, TV and WiFi. The house has full central heating and double glazed windows.

There is a large shared bathroom upstairs with bath, large shower, sink and WC. Downstairs is a WC and sink adjacent to the advertised bedroom. We also have a shared kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, etc.. There is access to the large garden. Free off road parking is available.

We have one cat.
