Rent is £475 pcm.

It includes all bills: heat, electricity, council tax, water, wifi, TV licence, loo rolls, soap, etc.

There is also a living room, kitchen, bathroom and large garden. The communal parts are cleaned by a cleaner every week, and the garden is tidied by a gardener.

We're easy going people. The aim is to have a balanced household with two females and two males.
