The house is looking to share with happy, smart interesting people, and where we enjoy nights out and having fun, we also enjoy peaceful quiet times as well. You will preferably be a working professional, or a student.
The rent can be paid on a weekly or a monthly basis as a rolling contract - with one months deposit.

We have a lovely happy home, we are clean, tidy and respectful and as this is a shared house you will need to be understanding of the other household members too. This is a friendly household all flatmates are professional females and have lived at the property for several years.

This is a modern house. You will have use of a new fully fitted kitchen. Broadband is Sky, and all bills are included with Freeview available in your room. You will share a shower room with 2 others in the property.

There are three train stations close to the house, from 5-10 minutes away by bus, with links into London taking under 35 minutes direct to London Bridge, Victoria, Charing Cross and Waterloo East. It is 5 minutes drive to the A2 and the M25 is 10 minutes away with quick links to Bluewater and Lakeside. The house is close to all shops and amenities, and 5 minutes walk from the Broadway centre, where there are many many high street shops as well as food shops including M&S.
