We also have 1 double room option in with en-suite for £1000 it’s will be furnished and decorated to a high spec , from 1st October , all carpet and furnishings will be new and newly decorated
Single room available , very clean house, we are a family , as in sharing the family space and family living environment

We need someone who will fit in our family home and who is clean, doesn’t smoke or drugs ,who is happy to contribute with general household cleaning and tidying up after them selves.

If you really want a clean spotless airy environment, clean kitchen and bathroom (smells fresh ), then this is the place for you.

We work during the week and also study further. We are very education motivated.

Hindi and Punjabi, Malaysian , Manderin speaking is a plus, however not a must ! Indian heritage ourselves.

shoes are off in the porch and bathroom facilities left clean after each use .

We like board games , cards, chess and to mingle if you like to interact. Black and white movies , If not then it’s cool also. Also have a nice garden space to share. We have quite busy schedules through out the week our selves.

want some one who doesn't have a lot of belongings clutter or pots /pans, minimal the better, as we have these items already and wouldn’t want the work surface over crowded and duplication.

We live in a beautiful area surrounded by many parks and great private enterprise shops ! 3 bakeries 4 min walk and 3 chemist , 4 pubs and micro pubs , all 4 min walk , yet the road is super quiet.

Currently going through refurb so single room Ready for end September and double room October, however we might only keep one person and we prefer abundance of space, it’s a 7 bedroom home.
