If you are willing to take on the entire Flat, the cost would be £1,850 pcm.
I am looking for a young progressional to take over my room (landlord) as my wife and I are having a baby.
Ideally someone we want someone who is courteous, clean & tidy.
The room is a double room, can be equipped with a desk, can also be equipped with a double bed, has 2 wardrobes and an ensuite for private use.
If you need a parking space, I can make one available to you for an additional £100 per month.
The property is located within the Bexleyheath Town centre, which hosts a plethora of amenities; i. e. Cinema, restaurants, bars, clothing stores, gyms, banks, grocery stores, etc. All of the above is roughly a 5-minute walk away from the property.
The property is also a short bus ride away to Abbey Wood Station for the Elizabeth Line (15/20 mins).
Bexleyheath Station is also a 5 mins drive, 10 mins bus ride, or a 20-minute walk.
