- Bexleyheath center is only 1 min walk.
-Banks, gym, shopping center, bars, bus stops, restaurants, Asda, Lidl, M&S, Sainsbury`s, TKMaxx, Primark and other various shops within 1-2 min walk.
- There are no children in the house.
- 2 people live in the house (including me).
You will only need to share the bathroom with 1 person.( myself)
- Large garden, there is a hot tube/Spa in the garden (Hot tube can be used for an extra fee)
- There are 2 radiators in the room - it is always warm in winter; we warm up the house very often. A new bed and a new mattress were brought to the room.
- A cleaner comes to the house every 2 weeks. There are also 2 chests of drawers, another sofa bed, wardrobe, TV table with drawers including TV as well.
Looking for a tidy MAN who enjoys cleanliness and cleans after himself. Looking for a friendly, calm person.
There are no parties at home, not strangers at home (there are other meeting places for that), ground floor (washing, cooking) is used only until 22.00PM please.
Rent price £200 per week (all bills included) + 1 week's deposit.
Paid in CASH every week.
