Two bed loft with onsuite bathroom

Hi there , me and my daughter currently live in the property and we are considering women only. We would like this to be a share for two students . Each paying £500 a month each. It will be available in febuary around the 12th 2025 . All bills included except sky tv which will be £5 a month per room if you would like? We have a garden , shared kitchen diner . You have your own onsuite bathroom . Locks to all doors . There’s a hot tub should you like . Washing machine , tumble dryer , cooker , air fryer , microwave , toaster . Slow cooker all in the shared kitchen . We are available if you need anything but we keep ourselves to ourselves. Holding deposit of £1000 that’s £500 each and one months rent in advance . We are local to station . Danson park , crook log sports centre. Bexleyheath shopping centre . Main bus stops to Sidcup , Greenwich , Woolwich . Bromley . So you have everything on your doorstep.
