I’m currently looking for an easy-going professional female to move into the spare room of this lovely 2 bed house with a garden, that I’ve also recently moved into, in Bexleyheath. My current housemate will be relocating to Australia by the end of the month🥹 so the room will be available from the start of November.

The room and house itself:

Spacious double bedroom, comes fully furnished (king size bed, wardrobe, drawers storage, dresser & tv)

The walls need painting, this can be done prior to you moving in or you can choose a colour you like)

House has a furnished living room, office space for those that wfh (I am in the office 5x a week other than the odd Friday) large family bathroom with bath and shower, extended kitchen w/ 6 hob cooker & 2 ovens, laundry room w/ washer/dryer and garden!

A bit about me:
My name is Parisha, and I’m a working professional in the insurance industry. I’m clean and tidy, happy to keep myself to myself but equally enjoy socialising- going to watch shows, grabbing a bite to eat or having movie nights in!

This would be ideal for someone that works in central as the commute is really convenient, it’s a 6 min walk to the bus stop where you can get on the SL3 to Abbey Wood (Elizabeth line), or there is also the overground which is a 12 min walk away.

The high street is also really close, it’s a 10 min drive from the M25 and permitted on-street car parking outside is available (£150 for the year)
