I am currently looking for a respectful and mindful professional to house share with me in my house which I own

A choice from 2 double bedrooms are available in a lovely 3 bed house in a much sought after area. First bedroom is large and airy, south facing therefore plenty of light. Second bedroom also very large currently being used as ground floor second living room but can easily be converted to a bedroom if preferred.

There is a 3rd medium sized room which is currently being used as office but can be negotiated for use if required

House is 3 mins walk to local station and all amenities. Modern fully secure throughout with access to a beautiful garden and secure large garage.

I am a professional finance manager who works in the city . Am easy going and very friendly but also respectful and mindful of people's desire for privacy as I would prefer the same. Therefore respectfully not suitable for partygoers
