Furnished double room with standard double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and set of drawers. Includes access to bathroom which will be almost exclusively private access. Includes access to shared kitchen, two shared living spaces and garden. Off-street parking for 1 car available. Fridge and freezer space shared. Can have access to kitchen utensils or space can be made available if you have your own.

The house is in a rural location on the outskirts of Biddenden village. It is 10-20 minutes drive from Headcorn which has access to shops and train station. It is also 10-20 minutes drive from Tenterden where there is access to shops and lots of restaurants and pubs.

Bills included in cost - with exception if working from home and then this will be discussed if relevant.

We have a dog so you must be confident with big dogs.
