After 3 1/2 years my lodger is moving out and his room will be available from 4th November

Preferably looking for a professional person, Mon - Fri (4 nights) but open to discuss if you are a shift / rota worker or will occasionally need to stay a full week or weekends.
Property has 3 bedrooms with just myself living here. The third bedroom has been converted to an office as I was work from home most of the week.
Room available is a bright and light double with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and small desk.

Shared modern kitchen
Property has a large garden and direct access to woodland walks, very quiet area

Plenty of free, unrestricted off street parking and use of garage for bike storage.

Bus stop very close by with direct route to Addington (tram link) Orpington and Bromley (main line train stations) ,Catford and Westerham.
I’m very easy going and friendly.
My lodger is only leaving due to change in personal circumstances.
