Double Room Room Biggin Hill 7 Days Or Mon-Fri

A small double room is available in Biggin Hill (top) from 15th March 2023. Ideally, I am looking for a Mon-Fri let (£600 per month), however, will consider 7 days a week (£650 per month).
The house is unsuitable for couples or anyone working from home.
The bedroom has a small double bed, wardrobe, lamp and bedside cupboard.
All bills are included except for gas and electricity. (Gas central heating).

There are two smoke alarms, a heat sensor, a natural gas alarm, a carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher. All windows serve as fire exits.
The gas and electrical systems are new and fully certified.
The kitchen has an electric hob, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.
On-street parking..
The cottage is near the bus stop with Biggin Hill, Bromley, and Westerham buses. Hayes, Oxted and Orpington train stations are about 8 miles away.
