Furnished double room with en-suite

Looking for a lodger within my home.
Must be in regular work, and not on a zero hours contract.
You will be independently living/cooking etc. and will be responsible for keeping your room & bathroom clean, and clearing up after yourself in any other areas used (ie kitchen & utility room)
This room was newly converted in 2020.
The room overlooks the garden which backs onto woods, the view is shown in the pictures.
I have had three long term lodgers since the room was finished in early 2020. The first was with me for 8 months, and only left to move in with a partner, my other stayed for 14 months and moved up North for work. I then had someone who only needed a short term let, they joined me for 3.5 months, I then had someone else who’s circumstances changed, and so also only needed to stay short term. My current lodger will have been with me for 8 months, and is now moving away for a university placement. The room will be available when they go.
Employment, financial and personal references will be required prior to the room being taken.
