Available 2-3 nights pw - Sunday-Tues or Mon-Wed

This is a spare twin bedded room, available for 1 person for 2-3 nights per week, eg Sun-Tues or Mon-Wed Inc. Bathroom next to room available for night use, own downstairs shower room available all other times. This room is not available Thurs-Sat. I’m the live in landlady, I have one other full time lodger. Bills are included, and it’s a flat rate of £336 pcm/£28 pn Bedding and towels are provided. Short term considered eg. 3 nights booked ahead for 2-3 weeks. I am within walking distance of a village and the seafront, National coach and ordinary bus stops, and train station from which trains go directly to London. Please note no other facilities or amenities are available or included in this let.
No meals are included in this. If you purchase items, the kitchen may be used to make drinks and light snacks only. There are no facilities for storage of food, use of an oven, or washing machine.
There are cafes, takeaways, and restaurants nearby. No food or drink allowed in the room apart from water.
The room is not to be occupied at any time apart from the evenings on returning from work, and mornings prior to leaving. I expect all areas used to be kept clean and tidy. Charges will be incurred for any damage.
