1 - 8 Month Contracts Available / Short Term Only. An Ideal stop gap for those seeking a longer term situation but need somewhere to call a home in the meantime. Also suits those on a short term work contract or perhaps a person/s waiting for a property sale to complete and needing somewhere to stay in the meantime.

THE PROPERTY:
300 metres from the Sea in Epple Bay you will find this lovely, peaceful, detached guest lodge. The Lodge is separate from the main cottage and has a private enclosed garden patio and is double glazed, heated, has fast separate wifi, a king size bed, lounge area with a great tv and comes with full usage of the cottage’s bathroom, dining room and kitchen.

THE AREA:
Birchington lies just 2.5 miles away from Central Margate. Birchington Train station is a 5 min walk and the train to Margate is a 7 min ride. Birchington is a great little town to live and it also has direct access less than a mile down the road to The Thanet Way (A299) into Canterbury / London.

PETS:
I love dogs so allow dogs, on condition that the owner is a fully responsible dog owner and that the dog is fully housetrained.

THE RENT / CONTRACTS:
Bills Included - Heating,, Gas, Electricity, Water, WiFi, C Tax.
No Hidden Costs. Official Contracts are signed. A returnable Deposit will be required. Receipt given. Couples are considered. Extra charge of £100.
