THE SITUATION:
1 - 3 Months available / Short Term Only. An Ideal stop gap for those on a short term work contract or those looking for a longer term situation but need somewhere in the meantime. You will ‘luck out’ in this house as i live in my newly built annex in the garden, so you will find that you have the house to yourself most of the time. A very good situation indeed.
THE HOUSE:
250 metres from the Sea in Epple Bay you will find this lovely & peaceful renovated end terrace period cottage. The bedroom is a Lovely Bright Double room in the main house.. Parking is on street and never an issue.
Other than that there is a separate bathroom, newly converted living room & kitchen in the house. Kitchen has a dishwasher/washing machine.
No Pets are allowed due to the house not being a pet friendly design. The WiFi is fast and i have Netflix and Prime to chill out to.
THE AREA:
Birchington lies just 2 miles away from Central Margate. Birchington Train station is a 5 min walk and a 7 min ride to Margate Central Train Station. Birchington is a great little town to live as it also has direct access less than a mile down the road to The Thanet Way (A299) into Canterbury / London.
THE RENT / CONTRACTS:
ALL Bills Included / No Hidden Costs.
Heating, Electricity, Gas, Water, Council Tax (Band B), Netflix, Amazon Prime, BT Sport, WiFi.. Official Contracts are signed. Deposits to safeguard against damage and is handed back in full on the day of vacation of the property. Check in list and checkout list is signed.
