3 - 6 Month Contract Available / Short term lodger agreement / Strong Possibility of Longer Stay. An Ideal stop gap for those seeking a longer term situation but need somewhere to call a home in the meantime. Also suits those on a short term work contract or perhaps a person waiting for a property sale to complete and needing somewhere to stay in the meantime.

THE PROPERTY:
300 metres from the Sea in Epple Bay you will find this lovely, peaceful, detached guest lodge. The Double glazed cabin is separate from the main cottage and has a private enclosed garden with a split level patio, bar and BBQ. The lodge has heaters for the colder months and you have your own separate wifi, a king size bed, living room / lounge area with a TV, which is connected to the Net.

Included in the rent of course is full usage of the main cottage’s bathroom and kitchen (15 meters from cabin door). If you want a unique and very rare situation of a home with privacy then this is it.

THE HOUSEMATE:
My mother lives in the main cottage. So she is your housemate, but of-course you will only see het when you are in the main cottage.

THE AREA:
Birchington lies just 2.5 miles away from Central Margate. Birchington Train station is a 5 min walk and the train to Margate is a 7 min ride. Birchington is a great little town to live and it also has direct access less than a mile down the road to The Thanet Way (A299) into Canterbury / London.

PETS:
I love dogs so dogs are allowed on condition that the owner is a responsible dog owner, that the dog is fully housetrained and that the dog will not be left alone for hours on end.

THE RENT / CONTRACTS:
ALL BILLS Included - Heating,, Gas, Electricity, Water, WiFi, C Tax.
No Hidden Costs. Official Contracts are signed. A returnable Deposit will be required. Receipt given.
