300 metres from the Sea in Epple Bay you will find this lovely, peaceful, renovated end terrace period cottage. The property is set over four floors, comprising 3 bedrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The house has a super cosy living room and a dining room.
THE AREA:
Birchington lies just 2.5 miles away from Central Margate. Birchington Train station is a 5 min walk and the train to Margate is a 7 min ride. Birchington is a great little town to live and it also has direct access less than a mile down the road to The Thanet Way (A299) into Canterbury / London.
PETS:
I love dogs so allow dogs, on conditions which are that the owner is a fully responsible dog owner and that the dog is fully housetrained. Due to the stairs which are quite steep the cottage is not suitable for older dogs or dogs with mobility issues. Im not taking cats or other pets except house trained dogs.

Bills Included - Heating,, Gas, Electricity, Water, WiFi .
Council Tax is split 50/50 - £77. PCM
