HOUSEMATE CRITERIA / REQUIREMENTS

Clean, tidy, & respectful.
I love dogs so will consider housetrained dogs (however no puppies or ageing dogs due to steep staircases)
I will also consider couples (extra charge £150).

THE SITUATION:
1 - 9 Months available / Short Term. A great situation for housemates who really would like their own space in a lovely peaceful cottage by the sea, just down the road from Margate.

THE HOUSE:
250 metres from the Sea in Epple Bay you will find this lovely & peaceful renovated end terrace period cottage.
Bedroom 1 - Lovely Bright Double room in the main house.
Bedroom 2 - a huge self contained open plan room in the outhouse including a Kingsize bed and open plan lounge with TV, WiFi.
The garden is also included as well as the BBQ’s i hold regularly.
Parking is on street and never an issue.
Other than that there is a separate bathroom, living room & kitchen in the house. Kitchen has a dishwasher/washing machine.

THE AREA:
Birchington lies just 2 miles away from Central Margate. Birchington Train station is a 5 min walk and a 7 min ride to Margate Central Train Station. Birchington is a great little town to live as it also has direct access less than a mile down the road to The Thanet Way (A299) into Canterbury / London.

Im an outgoing fella, well travelled, loves going to gigs and really into hiking. I’m an ex property developer and now a working professional musician.

Everything Is Included / No Hidden Costs.
Heating, Electricity, Gas, Water, Council Tax (Band B), Netflix, Amazon Prime, BT Sport, WiFi..

Official Contracts are signed, safeguarding both the landlord & housemates.

I prefer phone calls from prospective housemates due to the fake accounts & time wasters that occupy this site.
