A fully furnished two rooms in a nice and quiet house in a safe & peaceful area near University of Kent available for next academic year (from 1st of September 2026 or after). They're suitable only for quiet, tidy, flexible and careful students. Living with the landlord (P/T teacher and ex PhD student at UKC). Strictly no smoking or drugs or drunkenness. Monthly Rent for a single occupier; double room £300 and single room £280, including broadband bills but not including gas, electricity & water. Students do not pay council tax.
House is about 20-30 minutes walk to University of Kent, 5-7 minutes by car, bus or bicycle. The bus stop only 2 minutes walk. Buses to University every 15 minutes. Parking is available.
The double room can be arranged with its own toilet/ little extra charge. This is not a party house. You will live in a peaceful environment suitable for your study, and have restful sleep. Conditions applied.
