I am ideally looking for a like-minded professional person (preferably/more suitable for a female purely based on the decoration of the room but I am happy to consider males too) to share/buddy up with. I am a single female currently living on my own and have no pets. My house is fairly busy with visits from family and friends but all are very nice and welcoming. I am looking for someone tidy, relaxed, positive, honest, friendly and preferably a non-smoker. Please note - my house is currently on the market so I am unsure of how long it will be available. The house is situated just outside of central Borough Green – roughly a 10 min walk from the local shops/train station. The house offers a drive with parking for two cars (one is taken by me!) and permitted visitor parking on the road outside (one permit per household) There is additional off/on street parking a short walk from the property if required.

The room for rent is double bedroom size (unfurnished) with its own en-suite with shower, toilet, basin, shaver point and built in wardrobe with additional storage shelf. The room also comes ready equipped with a TV port if you wish to have a television in your own room. If requested a lock can be fitted to your room.

Share all facilities downstairs – modern living room, kitchen diner, cloak room (toilet and basin) and garden.

The house has all the necessary amenities including a 9kg washing machine in the kitchen, Sky (with sports, BT sport, films and boxsets) and fibre broad band. There is also a shed in the garden should you need it for further storage.

The price also includes gas/electricity/water/council tax.

There is easy access to London Victoria (45 mins) from Borough Green railway station (10 minute walk) and easy links to M20/M25.
