Semi rural house in very peaceful cul-de sac

Large double room with double bed, broadband, parking, large garden, very peaceful property owner, would suit sociable, peace-loving other person. I do have a cat. I do not smoke or drink, non smokers, but no problem if you drink. Shared kitchen and bathroom, washer/dryer, washing line. Microwave and oven/cooker. Plenty of room in fridge and freezer. 3 months to start off with, then could go on for longer.
