Single Bedroom For Rent. Long And Short Term

We are a family of 6 who wish to let out a single bedroom in our home, ideally to a student or a young professional.

You will have the use of the kitchen, bathroom, and family lounge.
Wi-Fi is available.

If you have a car the
parking is good, and we have an excellent bus service from the end of the road.

Broadstairs Campus of Christ Church Canterbury University is 5 minutes by car, and is in easy walking distance.
Thanet College is also near by.

We are a short distance away from Broadstairs High Street.
15 minutes walk from the beach.
Plenty of restaurants and bars.
Westwood Cross Shopping Centre and the supermarkets are only about 10mins drive.

Clean bed linen is provided regularly.
We can provide meals if required, and this cost can be negotiated.

No smoking in the house. We do not have many rules just simple courtesy for other members of the household.
Drunken behaviour will not be tolerated.
Drug use also will not be tolerated.
We like our tenants to feel at home and not confined to the room they have rented.
We are a young couple with 4 children aged between 8-18, who are well behaved.
We are all easy going and have rented rooms to students for 6 years now. If you feel our home is suitable please
