Looking for a professional to move into our family home. The room is a double with a single bed in order to utilise the space for the tenant.
Single occupancy only, all bills included.
This room is available as soon as the national lockdown is over.
Looking for a clean, tidy professional who would compliment our family life. Currently 3 of us live in the house, me -mum and 2 children (7 and 10 years old).
The kitchen is well equipped, stocked with everything that is needed. There is a large fridge freezer and lots of cupboard space.

The house is a large detached house in a quiet cul de sac. A very beautiful garden and conservatory. The tenant would have their own private bathroom. Shared lounge/conservatory with flat screen TVs .

It has unlimited broadband and space for 1 car off street parking.

Each room has sockets, bed, built in wardrobe, bedside table, lamp and chair
