Double room with sea view, central Broadstairs

Located 5 minutes walk from Viking bay and 7 minutes walk to train station on a quiet road in central Broadstairs. A lovely spacious double room on the first floor with a sea view, king size bed, wardrobe, TV and chest of drawers, desk & chair. Bedding can be included if required. The lounge, bathroom, kitchen, dining area is shared with myself. There is street parking (free off peak, parking permit can be purchased if required) and outside space. Bills are included (council tax band B), if working from home extra for heating may need to be discussed and agreed (depending on needs). Ideally looking for a professional single female who is easy going, likes to chat but also respects personal space. Ideally someone with similar interests/ way of life to myself and who is clean & tidy. We will need to have a good chat before arranging a viewing as the "right" person is important to me. Proof of employment and character reference required, deposit to be paid to secure room.
*Please note the house is up for sale so having access to the room with notice is important and why short term lets would be best suited or someone who is happy to go month by month (and being tidy is important too)
