Cosy room (only NHS staff, like me)

I've a new decorated spare room in my flat, looking for NHS professional -like me- to rent it out.

It's in a flat garden 4 minutes by car to QEQM and Loop bus stop in same door. Quite and bright room.

Plenty of storage, fantastic matress (doble). Will be provided new brand: mattress case, pillows, duvet, and all you need to feel in your own home.

I've very positive feedback from 2 previous flatmates (Doctors).
