First of all, all bills are included in the rent, including council tax. This means you don't have to worry about any additional expenses. We strive to make your stay as hassle-free as possible.

We kindly request that you also contribute to the general upkeep of the property to ensure the respect and well-being of all housemates. By keeping your space tidy and shared areas clean, we can cultivate a harmonious living atmosphere for everyone.

Please note that smoking and pets are not allowed in our house share.

Our house share is equipped with two bathrooms, ensuring convenience for all tenants. Additionally, our rooms come fully furnished, eliminating the need for you to buy and transport heavy furniture. We provide all the essentials for a comfortable living experience.

Please note that this room available is not suitable for couples.

We ask for £400 Deposit and then the following:
1 week upfront if you wish to pay weekly
2 weeks upfront if you wish to pay every 2 weeks
3 weeks upfront if you wish to pay every 3 weeks
1 Month up front if you wish to pay Monthly
