Short term lodger required! Ideally we are looking for someone who can take this on a min 2 month basis, and there is scope to stay 3/4 months, perhaps longer.
The property comprises:
1 large bedroom with a kingsize bed. There are two bright sash windows which makes this an ideal work from home space.
Open plan Kitchen/lounge (Entrance via here using the double patio doors).
The kitchen comprises an u/c fridge, sink, microwave & separate oven and a small plugin induction hob; it is stocked with all you may need to prepare meals.
Dining table & chairs for 4 people - the table can be extended.
A wall mounted smart TV can be angled so can be watched while preparing meals or relaxing on the sofa.
Bathroom
There is a large sink, wall mounted toothbrush charger, demisting mirror/shaving socket; towel rail, & thermostatic shower.
There is a storage nook just outside the bathroom with a lots of hanging space, coat rack and shelf above.
Garden - coming soon
Additionally there will soon be a fenced off/private section of the garden, with a table/chairs etc.
We are a couple who live here with our two children and will not expect to share areas with you; you will have your privacy. We have installed soundproof cladding on the adjoining walls so it will feel like a separate house. We both work from home and will be around all of the time, generally.
There is a doorway from your lounge/kitchen to our hallway that will remain locked.
