Room In Central Broadstairs

My large Edwardian house is in an excellent location, a 7 minute walk to Broadstairs train station, beach and High Street but nice and quiet.

To rent is a double room on the first floor. The room is at the top of the stairs, next to the bathroom. It is furnished with a double bed, a built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside cabinet and desk and chair.

There is a radiator in this newly carpeted, newly decorated room and the window has curtains.

You would have shared use of the bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen, dining room, living room and the garden, which is a lovely suntrap. You can use the washing machine, fridge and cooker and there is fiber WiFi. The house is clean and tidy and all bills are included. It is council tax Band D. Working people only.

I am a 62 year old live in landlady and there are 2 other lodgers.

We are a sociable household, up for a chat and an occasional shared meal, if that suits you, but I won't disturb you.
I work full time and so need quiet between 10pm and 7am on weekdays.

There is on street parking and normally no problem with finding a space.

I have a friendly cat.
