Room is for single occupancy only please.

Shared home: kitchen (with cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher), dining room and bathroom (with bath, loo and shower). There is also another, separate loo, downstairs.
We have a pet dog living here too.

Council Tax and Wi-Fi included in monthly £625 rent.
