Group of friendly young professionals seek like-minded person to replace me in our five bed detached Victorian family house in Bromley.

Preferred housemate will be clean, friendly and sociable.

The house and room was unfurnished when we moved in; I'm happy to negotiate a fair price for the blackout curtains I've had measured and made specifically (no light enters through them!). Rent is paid forward, so the first month’s rent will be need to paid as soon as you move in. There are no agency fees.

The room is officially the best in the house - a massive size (19m square), comes also with a big double bed, night stand, table, storage cupboard with drawers, two big wardrobes, has good natural light from two windows, and is adjacent to only one other room, so is very quiet. It can also be decorated as you wish, including mounting things on and painting the walls in neutral colours if agreed with the landlord.

All housemates are busy young professionals (working in education and games development), and would prefer a similar person to move in.
