I am looking for a flatmate to share my home with. I have lived here for three years. It's a clean, comfortable three bedroom maisonette in a block with Catford, Lewisham and Bromley close by. **RENT AND BILLS ARE INCLUDED**: gas, electricity, broadband, council tax, house insurance.

The place was fully redecorated when I moved in and you would have access to the whole house including bathroom, kitchen, storage areas and a spacious lounge leading to a balcony with views out toward the Kent countryside.

Although the block is on a busy road it feels incredibly quiet and there is rarely any noise from neighbours.

The room:

The room is a fully furnished double bedroom with a sizeable built in wardrobe.

There are also shelves, a desk and a bookcase.

Travel:

I work full time in central London and there are lots of travel options nearby.

Bellingham (Trains to Kings Cross) 10 min walk
Grove Park (Trains to London Bridge, Charing Cross & Canon Street) 15 min walk
Catford/Catford Bridge (Trains toward London Bridge, Charing Cross and Canon Street) 20 min walk

There are also buses close by which will take you to Blackheath, Greenwich and Bromley in a short time.

It would also be easy to cycle into central London and space in the flat to store a bike.
