I have a large furnished double room to rent near Bromley and Grove Park

We are looking for a lively, bubbly, friendly and sociable female who wants to enjoy the house with us

The house comes complete with a brand new kitchen, a cinema room and bright lounge

The room itself has its own sound system along with a large 65” tv that has its own Apple TV

Bills included in rent apart from £20 a month to cover cleaner twice a month

The house is between Grove Park for connections into London Bridge and Bromley South

The house is probably slightly closer to Grove Park (zone 4) which is within about a 20 min walk for direct trains to London Bridge, Cannon Street and Charing Cross

The bus stop 10 seconds outside the house connects to buses to grove park and also has a direct bus to Bromley South (5-10 mins)

There is off street parking
