Kitchen - spacious with a 5 burner stove top, built in zanussi microwave and oven. Fridge and freezer.

Dining & living spaces - dining table, sofas,. two tv's with a Juliet balcony.

Garden - Lovely landscaped garden, gardeners come every two weeks to keep it trim. I bought some lounge furniture for the summertime.

Parking - There is private parking at the back of the garden on a gravel driveway. Always spaces available.

The apartment is situated on a private road and its really quiet which is lovely.

The room is available as soon as the current tenant moves at the end of Jan. As soon as they move I will be doing a deep cleanse of all areas,.

About me:
I am 30, and I run a start up business from home so I tend to work in different areas in the house throughout the day - generally in my bedroom. I also work part time for a few other start up tech companies. I don't throw parties or have lots of people over. I like to lounge around in my spare time, watch movies or play music whilst cooking.
